About Fund for the Future
As we look to the next 30 years, we’ve launched A Home Within’s Fund for the Future: a long-term, income-generating reserve that will help ensure the health and sustainability of our community in the decades to come. When you give to A Home Within, you have the option to designate your donation to either Current Use or Fund for the Future.
Current Use donations provide vital support for today’s programs, while Fund for the Future donations are added to a distinct fund committed by the Board of Directors to our indefinite sustainability. We’ve initially started the Fund with a portion of the proceeds from our 30th Anniversary campaign in 2024. It’s also the default designation for bequests, several of which we’ve received in recent years. Learn more about Planned Giving on our Planned Giving Page.
