Course Description

Course description: Foster care experiences can lead to relational trauma in adulthood, impacting attachment patterns and the capacity for intimacy. AEDP therapy provides a reparative framework, helping adults process and heal from these early disruptions. Through deep emotional processing and dyadic affect regulation, AEDP facilitates corrective emotional experiences and the development of secure patterns of relating and internal security.
