Volunteering with A Home Within has expanded my horizons, has allowed me to grow professionally and is also something I really enjoy.
What's a fun fact about you?
Leann: When I’m not working as a psychotherapist, I enjoy cooking with my 2 sons, and I hold a culinary degree from the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts. :)
What's your favorite part about volunteering with A Home Within?
Leann: I absolutely love the work that I do with A Home Within. For me, the best part is working with people that I might not always see in my practice in Berkeley.
How has A Home Within impacted you professionally, personally, or otherwise?
Leann: Volunteering with A Home Within has expanded my horizons, has allowed me to grow professionally and is also something I really enjoy. I am passionate about this work that I do, and it means a lot to me. In fact, I just had an A Home Within client, whom I’d seen while in high school, just call me to see if we can work together again- and she’s already in college!
